Customs Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from

are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws
and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your
order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing videos
and books will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

Buteyko Asthma Management, you don't have to worry about your

There's a limited amount of information we can collect without having
you answer a few questions. We automatically collect only the domain
name (IP address), but not the email address of visitors to our site.
If you want to hear from us, you have to tell us you want to hear from us and
provide a way for us to contact you. If you place an order, your
information is stored in our customer database. You are not at risk of
being deluged with junk mail, because we don't rent or sell our list. If you
have joined our mailing list and entered your email address, we'll send
you a monthly asthma bulletin.

remove in the subject heading.
When you place an order with us online, your order information is
protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. For more

Guarantee
The Buteyko Online Home Education Pack comes with a money back
guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the Home Education Pack for any
reason, return it within 45 days of purchase and we will refund the
purchase price, less the shipping and handling fee.
The three books available from Buteyko Online do not come with a
money back guarantee.

When returning items by mail, please take a minute to tell us if you
would like an exchange or refund and your reason for return. If the
original purchase was paid for by credit card, the credit card will be
credited for the returned item(s) upon receipt by us. Please insure your
package as we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.
